At the Blue Room Cave, something magical happens between the sun and the water, transforming the underwater cave into a blue room. It is a special natural phenomenon.
The Blue Room is a blue-lit cave on Curacao. You can dive or snorkel in the cave in an almost surrealistic blue environment. Actually it is a cavern, because you can ascent in it. The Blue Room is lit in it’s unique way because the sunlight can reach the inside of the cave only through the underwater entrance, while passing the clear blue water on its way up. For underwater photographers, the Blue Room is a gift from the sky. They call the light perfect and a must dive, if you have an eye for these kinds of natural phenomena.

We nemen je mee naar de eerste duiklocatie, Watamula. Daarna stoppen we voor een kleine
snack en de lunch in de boot, vervolgens gaan we naar de tweede duiklocatie bij Mushroom
Forest en The Blue Room.
Curacao staat bekend om haar ‘shore duiken’, dus de meeste duiklocaties vinden plaatst op een bereikbaar strand waar we naartoe zullen rijden met ons vier persoons busje.
Het is ook mogelijk om boot duiken te doen die niet bereikbaar zijn met de auto, in dit geval de westkant van Curaçao.

Het hele Curaçao is een spectaculaire bestemming voor duikplekken, omdat het de thuisbasis is van warm water, biodiverse riffen en een bruisend eilandleven.
Het eiland ligt in het zuidelijke Caribisch gebied en maakt deel uit van de groep Antillen die bekend staat als de ABC’s. De andere twee eilanden in deze collectie zijn Aruba in het westen en Bonaire in het oosten
Met veel bezienswaardigheden rond het eiland.
