A calm, easy shore dive where you enter the water from a small harbor. 20-30 meters out from the harbor you will find an interesting artificial reef made from dumped cars, cranes, and more scraps. Sometimes large tarpon hang around here.

You’ll see typical Caribbean life like hard and soft corals, snapper, angelfish, grunts, parrot fish, and eels. Also the coral outplant from Reef Renewal Curaçao project.

Marie Pampoen, is a small sandy local beach with lots of fishing boats and lots of character. It is one of the best dive and snorkel sites on Curacao. Easy entry, huge variety of corals, sponges and lots of marine life. A huge, beautiful, lively, healthy reef filled with lots of macro and huge variety of corals and marine life. Excellent night dive spot also.
