Playa Piscado or Playa Grandi is a beautiful dive site near the town of Westpunt in Curacao. Playa Piscado is covered with beautiful fields of corals and gorgonians. Snappers, trumpet fish, and turtles are permanent residents. The dive site is famous for its turtles.
Turtles are seen in the shallow water at about 5 meters. So it is a perfect place to snorkel and share with the whole family.
Alice in Wonderland is really a wonderland!
The underwater world is breathtaking. The reef, mainly consisting of fan-, leaf-, star- and brain coral.
You will also find two cool sculptures, one of a Chichi and another one of a Saxofon.
Alice in Wonderland starts with a sandy bottom followed by the first drop-off at 8 meters.
Playa Lagun is wonderful. Of course, you have to do a long swim to the reef, which we generally do on the surface.
n the vast areas of white sand and all kinds of corals.
One of the most beautiful beaches in Curaçao.
Are you considering learning how to dive but can’t find the upper age limit on getting certified? What you might find is a minimum age limit of 8 years old for a PADI Bubblemaker Program or 10 years old for Junior programs, but there is no upper age limit on scuba diving.
